We only design software we want to use, or that will improve peoples’ lives. We don’t half-ass it, and we don’t compromise on quality. If we’re not empowered to do our best work, we’re not interested.

I wrote documentation and microcopy at 1Password for 4 years before I left to build PARROT9. Now I write the words, direct the design, and obsess over the details for every project we work on.

I’ve worked on over 300 design projects for 100+ clients. My decisions are informed by research, a lifetime in tech, and more than 15 years designing simple and intuitive interfaces.
